Billing & Refund Policy
When you register on our platform and provide a payment method, you authorize SocialAdSpyder to charge you the
agreed upon subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. The actual amount and the frequency of
recurring billing will vary per the subscription plan you select during the registration process.
Automatic subscription renewals:. We will automatically renew your subscriptions when it expires unless you
unsubscribe using our self-managed billing portal or cancel your subscription using the same portal 24 hours
prior to the expiration date. If you need any help with cancellation please contact our customer support at
If our recurring subscription attempt fails, we may make one or more additional attempts to ensure that it did
not fail due to some technical failure. If the subscription attempt is unsuccessful after several attempts, your
account will be immediately suspended. You will have an opportunity to revive your account during the subsequent
period by providing a valid payment method.
You may cancel your subscription by following the directions for cancellation as described on our knowledge
base. Alternatively, you can send your cancellation request to [email protected]
If you cancel, your current subscription fee will not be refunded nor a pro-rated refund will be provided.
You also agree not to obtain a charge-back from your bank or financial institution in case of delayed cancellation.
If You pay by credit card or demand debit, You hereby make the following statement: “I hereby authorize Company
and its third-party billing-services provider to initiate debit/credit entries to my bank deposit account or
credit card in the amount of my Monthly Fee. This authorization applies to my initial Monthly Fee and all
recurring Monthly Fees.”ancial institution or credit card company for any disputed amount unless you have given
us 3 day advance notice in writing.
You expressly agree to submit any and all concerns regarding Services, the content of the Website, or Monthly

and determine how to respond.
